With spring on the horizon, Hush Mayfair invites you on an exhilarating race through the Italian countryside in collaboration with ENGINE Gin.

 

Designed to transport you on a ride through the rolling hills and ancient forests of North-western Italy, our courtyard has been bedecked in plentiful foliage and greenery. Taking inspiration from the blend of botanicals found in ENGINE Gin, expect Amalfi Coast lemons and sage branches, alongside orchard baskets, crates and filled burlap sacks, scattered amongst potted herbs and plants.

 

So get ready to hop on a vesper and take a ‘wild ride’ to our hidden farmhouse in the heart of Mayfair and you’ll be left feeling renewed, reinvigorated, and uplifted!

We have some exciting news to share from our Head of Brand and Marketing, Lizzy Barber. Following the success of her debut best-selling novel: My Name Is Anna, Lizzy is back with a brand-new book which is set to launch on Thursday 28th April. Out Of Her Depth by Lizzy Barber is a highly addictive thriller set in sun-drenched Tuscany, that explores toxic friendship, manipulation, seduction and desire.

Lizzy read English at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge and also heads up the Brand and Marketing at The Hush Collection. Lizzy has a lifelong love of Italy, spending childhood holidays on the Italian coast, and at the age of 18, she lived in Florence to learn Italian. Lizzy returns to Tuscany every year and got married in Fiesole, where Villa Medici in the book is located. She always knew the shadowy streets and intense beauty were ripe for a thriller.

Haché launches second limited-edition burger for #CookForUkraine with Alissa Timoshkina

Following the success of the Mamushka burger by Olia Hercules, say hello to the Babushka burger by Alissa Timoshkina, created to raise vital funds for #CookForUkraine and available from 19th April – 29th May at Haché’s seven restaurants, from Clapham through to Camden.

 

Meaning grandmother, the Babushka is a 6oz steak patty topped with spicy coriander pickled carrots, dill and smoked paprika mayo plus Alissa’s signature aubergine ‘babushka ganoush’ – named for her own grandmother – finished with crispy carrots for added crunch, and served in a toasted fluffy brioche bun.

 

This delicious burger, unlike any other, is priced at £15 with £5 from every burger sold donated direct to UNICEF UK’s Ukraine appeal, providing support to those most in need during the ongoing conflict

Haché brings back the Mamushka burger by Olia Hercules
in support of #CookForUkraine

Originally featured as part of Haché's line up of female chef collaborations, the limited-edition Mamushka burger by Olia Hercules will be available again from 7th March until 19th April with £5 from every sale being donated to UNICEF UK's Ukraine appeal.

 

Set up by Olia and a host of the food industry’s biggest names, #CookForUkraine started off as an idea between friends with a mutual love of food. From there, the simple hashtag became part of a global movement with the aim to help provide vital aid to children and families in Ukraine who have been displaced by the invasion.
